Lending A Helping Hand on Moving Day
On a visit to a facility, John (one of our amazing employees) encountered one of our First Choice Home Health patients. John asked the man how he was doing. The man told him he was moving. This perplexed John somewhat, so John inquired a little more. Where are you moving? He saidI am moving rooms, but was waiting for some help to move. The man was concerned because he had no family to help him. John told the man, let’s go take care of that! For the next hour and half John spent his time helping the man move, thus leaving him with a huge smile on his face. John asked us when he came back if that was okay. We simply said, “Of course, that’s what we do at First Choice!” Thank you, John!
