What is Home Health?

Home Health care is a wide range of skilled health care services that can be provided in your home for an illness or injury. Our goal is to help treat and educate our patients, their families or caregivers about their illness or injury and help them get better and regain their independence. We provide services for orthopedic needs such as knee and hip replacements, falls and injuries. We can help with medication management and chronic illness education.
